Automatic Strip Cutter hot & cold HC-530CE
The HC-530 CE is a combined cold and hot cutting device that can cut various band materials to length. On one hand, synthetic bands of different material thicknesses and widths up to 100mm (e.g., straps, nylon bands, etc.) can be cut to size. On the other hand, materials such as cotton, Velcro, or films can be cut with the cold cutting tool.
In the hot cutting process, the material is melted through a wedge-shaped cutting tool. This results in a welded cut edge without burrs. The cutting temperature can be adjusted up to 600°C. This very high temperature ensures optimal welding of the material and prevents edge fraying. For very thick materials, a multiple stroke of the cutting tool is set.
The cutting temperature can be easily adjusted via a digital control unit. Likewise, setting the cutting length and quantity is simple. Once the desired quantity is reached, the device stops automatically. If the material runs out during cutting, the device stops automatically and sounds a warning signal for the operator.
With a simple conversion, the cutting machine can be changed from a hot cutting machine to cold cutting. The cold cutting tool operates using a shear cutting method with an upper and lower blade. The cold cutting tool is included in the delivery.
