The C-900CE is used wherever hook-and-loop fasteners are processed, such as in protective clothing, medical bandages, bags, etc. It is often crucial that the ends of the straps are not simply cut straight, but are rounded instead. The corners of the straps, which have a radius, do not protrude and integrate better into the design of the finished product. Due to rising labor costs, it is recommended to automate the die-cutting of hook-and-loop fasteners.

The C-900CE features an automatic feed for the strap material. Depending on the cutting length, a speed of 40 to 60 cuts per minute is possible. The material is cut using a die tool, which can process straps up to a maximum width of 50mm (in straight cuts, up to 100mm). The cutting shape can be customized using the die tool, allowing for various design possibilities such as arrow tips, rounded ends, radii, or other free-form shapes. A tool for simple straight cuts is also available.

To accommodate different cutting requirements, the die tool can be easily exchanged with just a few steps. The operation is very straightforward, as the length and desired quantity must only be entered. This allows for quick adaptation to other requirements, such as design changes, without having to use up pre-produced material first. Due to the very simple operation, even smaller quantities can be cut quickly and efficiently. This greatly reduces the inventory of pre-cut parts. The cutting machine is also equipped with a roll holder and an auto-stop function, which automatically shuts off the machine when the material runs out.

The C-900CE is a compact, portable machine for cutting hook-and-loop fasteners. Its small footprint, 220V connection, and the absence of an air pressure connection make it extremely versatile in terms of location choice. It is particularly suitable for small to medium production runs, where a flexible yet automated cutting solution for hook-and-loop fasteners is required.
