Ultrasonic Cutting and Welding Press

This compact ultrasonic cutting and welding device is ideal for cutting and welding synthetic materials, particularly ribbons and cords, such as welding hook-and-loop fasteners. The ultrasonic technology ensures a clean, burr-free cutting edge or welding surface. In conjunction with the pneumatic system, the dwell time and pressure can be precisely defined to achieve optimal results.

The press is available in three versions, corresponding to the width of the material to be processed. Depending on the configuration, bevel cuts can be made. Optionally, line lasers for material positioning can be installed. The cutting or welding tool can be exchanged according to the specific requirements.
